“I first heard Tracy on a menopause podcast what she said on there made perfect sense & so I decided to contact her it was one of the best decisions I have ever made. I was really lacking direction in my life. Also I had been struggling for a number of years with menopause symptoms. I was so fed up with feeling exhausted, old & past it!
