Mind & Body Midlife Wellbeing

Over the last couple of years here in Cornwall, wellbeing has begun to take on a new meaning for me. I have become more in tune with holistic or “the whole” of health as although I exercise every day (even a dog walk counts) I was not paying so much attention to the inside of me. I was lacking the BIG P as I like to call it - or purpose. In my busy (knackered!) nursing day I was just doing so much for so many that when I first retired I felt a bit lost. It has taken me a while and writing this blog certainly made a difference, but since I became a Certified Life coach, I know my own new beginnings are here.

If you’ve been following me on Instagram you will know my life has taken a bit of a different direction. We can all evolve and grow at any time in our lives & that is what I want to share with you my friend.

It is never to late to… (fill in your own blank here)

So right now I am feeling excited…it is like I’ve opened a box of opportunity and I want to help more and more women to believe that.

If you have any questions do send me a message, I’d be happy to answer anything or cheer you on if something is holding you back.
